An Urgent Message from Nick Hodge

From smart grid to solar, I'm on pace to close over 60 winning plays this year... and my readers are raking in double-digit gains every step of the way.  You can get access to the next three right now.

Dear Reader,

Who'd have thought that now was a great time to be investing?

After all, you've been hearing a lot of bad news lately.

Debt. . . Unemployment. . . Credit Crisis. . .

And yet, amidst one of the worst years for the DOW since the 30s, U.S. renewable energy production capacity grew by 7.7% between 2008 and 2009 — the same year the DOW lost over 40%!

While most sectors were declining — some even crumbling — renewable energy was picking up momentum, and will continue to do so for decades to come.

Even within an elite group such as this, however, there is always a standout.

And that's exactly what I want to share with you today.

I'm talking, of course, about wind energy. . .

As the world's energy industry shifts from fossil fuels toward renewables, wind power has emerged as the unchallenged frontrunner.

In fact, while renewable energy production expanded by 7.7% between 2008 and 2009, wind grew nearly five times as fast, as it jumped 36.8% over the same period.

And this trend will only be accelerating in the years to come.

As wind farms from Iowa to China are laid out and built up, the global market will reach $785 billion by the year 2020. . . up from less than $50 billion today.

Getting your share has never been easier.

And wind energy isn't just the fasting growing renewable resource, it has been and will be the fastest growing energy source overall. . . even among fossil fuels. Check it out:

growth chart

Of all energy technologies, production from wind is witnessing the fastest growth by far. . . outstripping coal, oil, and nuclear.  As you can see in the chart above — taken from Energy Information Administration data — the amount of electricity generated from traditional resources in the last year actually shrank.

In such a rapidly-growing wind sector. . . you can bet there are plenty of ways to profit.

But for the truly meaningful gains —the kind of gains that could put you back on track to retirement, or ease your debt troubles — you can't rely on playing the averages.

For the sort of life-changing profits you're seeking today, you need information that's unavailable anywhere else. . .

And by the time you finish reading this report, you'll know everything you need to put your money where it will count. . .

Right now, though, I want to explain why this may be the best time ever to put your money into wind.

Black Gold Loses its Luster in Texas

You know something big's about to happen when Texas, the region almost synonymous with American Oil, starts to go green.

Right now, the Lone Star State just happens to be on a renewable energy binge.

Growing by a staggering 30% between April 2008 and April 2009, the Texas renewable energy market has outpaced the national average by a factor of four!

And wind is leading the way.

You heard me right, folks. . .

The capital of American Oil is the biggest wind energy producer in the nation.

With 8,000 megawatts of capacity, wind has actually lowered electricity prices all across the state by preventing the use of expensive natural gas plants.

And the world has taken note.

China, second only to the U.S. in energy consumption, has recently started construction of its first 10-gigawatt wind farm.

The first of six such massive projects, this first farm is part of a plan to multiply China's wind energy production eight times over by 2020.

And as they push the infrastructure to be bigger and more productive, the market will follow.

All these signs point to one thing. . .

What may have been an environmentalist's fantasy just a few years ago has now blossomed into a global industrial phenomenon.

And a market that was valued at less than $50 billion just last year. . .

Is on pace to break the trillion dollar mark by the year 2021.

It's all been planned out.  And now, as the real work of retrofitting the world for the post-oil era is about to begin. . .

Your chance to get in on the ground floor has never been better.

  Wind Energy Just Got
a Major Shot of Steroids

Earlier this year, the Global Wind Energy Council released wind industry statistics for 2008 — the most up-to-date and authoritative numbers available.

Despite a global recession, the wind industry turned in its best yearly performance ever, with over 27,000 megawatts of new wind installations put in place.

But here's where it really gets good. . .

According to the GWEC, "the global wind market for turbine installations in 2008 was worth $47.5 billion." With 27,000 megawatts installed, that works out to about $1.76 million per megawatt!

By 2020, global-installed capacity is expected to grow to 590,915 MW for 309% growth in the next decade. Put another way: There will be an additional 446,429 MW installed in the next ten years.

Take a look:

growth chart

At an average cost of $1.76 million per megawatt, you're looking at a $785 billion market. . . in the next 10 years.

That's why we've already taken positions in three small wind energy stocks that are about to begin a very long and profitable ride. And that's on top of the winners we've already closed as this global trend begins to heat up.

In fact, I believe that all three of these stocks will deliver gains in excess of 28% by the end of the year, and — what's more — are. . .

An Easy Double in 18 Months

I'm completely serious.

Given wind's forecasted momentum and the incentives given to the industry via the recently-passed stimulus, the three wind stocks I've hand-picked for you are going to deliver blockbuster gains over the next few years.

But Congress's love affair with clean energy has only just begun. . .

They've already extended the production tax credit for wind through 2012, and have loosened the restrictions on it so the cash can be claimed up front.

They're also making it easier to transport wind energy by investing billions in transmission lines and smart grid improvements.

And bills could be passed by the end of the year that would require a certain percentage of our electricity to come directly from renewable resources, like wind energy.

These stocks are going to explode when that happens. . . so you need to lock in a low price today, while they're still undervalued in the face of recession.

In fact, all three of the stocks are already on the rise in anticipation of the wind industry's future success.

So just imagine what's going to happen when the broader market rebounds and billions of dollars continue to pour into the sector. . .

I'll tell you what's going to happen.

Alternative energy stocks are heading straight up — and wind energy stocks are going to lead the charge.

An easy double is certainly in the cards.

And the three wind stocks you'll read about in my new report actually give you an opportunity to profit from every aspect of the industry.

From turbines to transmission, you can profit from every angle when the rest of Wall Street comes running.

And I'll show you how in my free report, Wind Energy: 3 Stocks To Own NOW.

In this report, you'll not only get the names of these three wind energy stocks, but you'll also see exactly why these are the most lucrative wind energy plays in the market. You'll even get very specific entry points so you can . . .

Squeeze Every Single Penny Out of Your Investment

Listen: There will never be a better time to exploit the coming growth of the wind industry for profits.

And I want to show you exactly how you can turn these three largely undiscovered wind energy plays into years of solid gains. . .

But first, allow me to introduce myself.

My name is Nick Hodge, and I'm the managing editor of the Alternative Energy Speculator.

In 2008 and so far in 2009, during one of the absolute worst markets in recorded history, I've helped investors avoid the pitfalls of this full-blown market meltdown, while successfully leading them to double- and triple-digit gains in the alternative energy sector.

From a 121% gain on a Canadian marine energy play, to a 262% gain on a tiny thin-film solar company (a recommendation that few on Wall Street even knew existed), Alternative Energy Speculators were cashing in while the Dow nose-dived into oblivion. . . and Wall Street ran for cover.

In fact, it's because we've been so successful that I decided to put together this special report, which explains specifically how you can get a piece of the booming wind industry.

And like I said earlier, I'd like you to have it, absolutely free.

In this report, I spell out specifically:

And most importantly, you'll learn how to use all this information to your advantage — pouncing at just the right time and riding these things for a very long, profitable run.

Of course, this is nothing new for us. . .

Just take a look at some of the gains my readers have cashed in during this global recession:

As you know, any type of investing boils down to profits. And the fact is readers of Alternative Energy Speculator have realized 35 winning positions so far in 2009. . . while we're still very much in the thralls of recession.

That's more than one winner per week. . . on pace for 60 winners this year!

Take a look for yourself:

But that's not all!

Because this is a charter membership offer, I want to offer you a one-time deal. . .

You see, with all the time that goes into uncovering these little-known energy plays found in the Alternative Energy Speculator, and the substantially larger gains involved, we had no choice but to make it somewhat pricier than our flagship Green Chip Stocks service.

In other words, we had to cover our own cost of unearthing these gems. Since we do a great deal of travel; meet with CEOs;  inspect many of the companies with our own eyes. . . it tends to get pricey. Especially when you consider how many opportunities we turn down before we actually find one worth getting excited about.

That's why the membership fee to the Alternative Energy Speculator is $499 a year. . .

But you can always save money by choosing our two-year option for just $699! That means you won't miss a single pick or buy/sell recommendation for two years. And even better: no annoying renewal notices.

Just think of all the winners you could rack up!

So, here's the final tally:

All for just $499 a year,  if you accept this offer today!
